Use it a lot – Chatous - Chat with new people Review

This is the only app I've found that lets me find people from other countries. It takes a while, but I've made some good friends on here. I've found that Asians are the most polite. Americans are the least polite. Which is sad cuz I'm from Minnesota. It seems like most of the negative reviews are from people complaining about the paid gender filter. But I don't care who I talk to as long as they're nice. If they had a politeness filter I'd gladly shell out.
