Poor customer service – fring Review

Traveling from USA to Europe. Fring worked get first day. Then they wanted to verify device by sending SMS or calling me. Never received txt. "Call" that's funny. Isn't that the purpose??? Also sent email. No response in three days. I'm in Europe with no phone. Thanks Fring!!
