Creator won't help resolve issue – Crush 64 Review

I've tried reaching out to the creator because of an issue I had with the app. The app is grayed out and can't be deleted so it's just an eyesore on my home screen. He replied one time to ask what the issue was but has yet to reach back out to me with any resolve or even an update despite my repeated attempts to get in touch with him.
