Piss poor customer service – Hot5(R) by Weight Watchers Review
Better hope you don't have to switch phones after paying for the full year! Got a new iPhone, but couldn't get the full version back. Contacted their customer service department via email and was passed on to 3 different reps. Called in and was transferred to Apple, who not surprisingly, told me I had to contact Hot5. I still don't have access to my account and no one seems to know what's going. Great job at not caring! I mean, it's not like I don't want to use this or anything :/
