Crashes a lot – Tap Sports Baseball Review

Was a fun game at one time. Now it just crashes when trying to play, and I've been trying to play a tournament, however the game won't let me continue playing. It acts like the "play" button has no function. I've contacted support over this issue and they continue to ignore the issues and have offered zero help. I have uninstalled a few times, restarted the phone, nothing I do helps. This game crashes 2 or 3 times per game which is really annoying.
