Broken or Bug – Zeme - Video Editor: Add Music to Vines and Instagram Videos Review

I am trying to turn the volume of the video down so I can only hear the music but every time I turn the video volume down I can still hear it.THIS APP DOESNT WORK ON MY IPAD MINI SO IF U HAVE ONE DONT GET THIS APP BECAUSE IT IS EXTREMELY BROKEN?????
