Light in the Box TERRIBLE customer service – LightInTheBox Review

I cannot obtain a mailing address or a return mailing label so I can return the shoes which do not close; a manufacturer's defect. Also a mailing fee was added to my order and they want me to pay the return postage. However, no mailing address is sent. Be warned.
