I have no idea how dehydrated I was! – Watered Review

This really brought home how very little water I was consuming. In fact, the first few days I was following the reminders to drink water, I drank a lot, but very little came out – if you know what I mean. I live in a very humid climate, and after following the reminders, my face stop resembling of Niagara Falls. I don't know how that works, but this has made an enormous positive change in my life.
