It's the wrost app ever do not get it – Funny Face for Snapchat - Filters Emoji Dog face Review

So I was trying to figure out how make do a dog face on snapchat so I searched it on the App Store and it gave me this app and it showed the app it said that it was downloading and a few days after it still said it was downloading so I tried to delete it and it will not let me delete it I restarted my iPhone and it was still there so I went to the App Store it said open meaning open the app if you want to I tapped on open and it wouldn't even open my advice to you is don't be like me who is stuck with this app don't get it ever and pick a differ app
