App is not useable – U.S. Bank AccelaPay Review

App does not allow login on iPhone. There is a misconnect. I can log in on computer but not on the app. Keep getting error message. Even created a new user id and password. Still doesn't allow me to use login. No help either can be offered by telephone. ???????
