No stars an option? – Flash Video Web Browser – Full Chrome, IE, Firefox, Safari Compatible Review

I just wasted precious LTE data downloading this browser only to find out I cannot use it unless I have a browser installed on my PC. At home. But I am not at home. I'm on my mobile device trying to use a browser on my device. **Irritated* Didn't read the reviews until after I downloaded which makes it worse because I always read what people have to say about apps before I use them.
