Would be great if it worked. – MilliTalk - Call and Text over Wi-Fi/3G/4G/LTE Review

First of all, the price is good, average, but good. Problem is, the service rarely works. It goes "offline" almost all the time and I miss calls and texts constantly. The main issue I have, though, is that the main reason for me to use an app like this is to combine my personal and business lines onto one device. However, aside from the constant "offline" mode, calls dropping, and the sound quality varying, the biggest issue is that it takes ten rings before it even goes to voicemail. Then there is a long (at least twenty second) dead air pause before your greeting starts. No one is going to wait that long in the first place and then it sounds like you have no greeting at all. Aside from that, don't bother writing a polite email to ask "customer service" a question. Thanks, Ken E, for the very rude and blunt email you took over a week to send in reply to my simple and polite question. Disgusted by your lack of tact. I will make sure everyone knows not to use this app because of that.
