Terrible Customer Service, Non-Functional App – Health Sync for Fitbit Review

The app doesn't work. My health app & Fitbit will not sync. I contacted customer service for a solution (via fb, as the app instructs), & received rude messages saying the app isn't broken & doesn't need fixed. They said they've never heard of this problem but there are other comments on their fb page indicating others have the same problem. Go with a different app.
