Great potential - terrible customer service – CoverMe Private Text & Call Review

This app has great potential. It really does. I appreciate all it brings to the table. My greatest complaint is that the customer service is greatly lacking. Whenever I've run into critical problems with this app, I can't seem get anyone to return my messages! Finally, I've gotten frustrated enough to write this review.
