Doesn't work – Dead Hand Drive Review

The title screen comes up and says: "Restoring Progress" and never goes any farther. iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.2. Restarted phone, didn't fix. I've never played it, so I'm not sure how I would have any progress to restore. ?
