Stuck in download mode – Monster Truck Parking Simulator - 3D Car Bus Driving & Racing Games Review

Purchased the full version and its been stuck in download mode so we cant play it. I deleted it and reinstalled it and it still wont work. I clicked on app support and all it does is go to yahoo search. Help!
