Help please – Amaranthine Voyage: The Shadow of Torment HD - A Magical Hidden Object Adventure Review

I am loving this game but I think I have found a glitch. Maybe someone can help? I am stuck with the hint button sending me between Wayshrine and the hot air balloon. Then on the map it says there's something to do but nothing works. Hint says nothing to do then I'm sent around in circles again. I deleted it and reloaded. It works now.
