Great app and great customer support – NeoReader®-QR&BarcodeScanner Review

I had trouble exporting at first because I was not using the email app for my iPhone. I got great customer support, I even got a call all the way from Germany to help me resolve the problem. I really love this app because I have a small business selling jams at a farmers market. I use this app to track my inventory, and it works very well except for two issues I hope they consider updating in the near future. 1. When scanning duplicate items, instead of listing the second item, the app only opens up the first already scanned item and doesn't give you any indication that you have just sold 2 of that particular item. Unless you have a photographic memory, this will definitely cause errors in tracking inventory. 2. The export feature works great, but the file produced by it is in a format that is full of characters that limit its use. It would be nice if I could open it up and it would look like it does in the app. But so far I've not been able to figure out how to do that. But even with those two problems, I'm very happy to have this app to help me with my small business! Thanks NeoReader!!!
