THIS IS THE BEST FREE ANIMATION APP! – Draw 'n Animate Review

I've been looking for a good, free animation app for a Long time, and I just found one! It allows GIFS and everything! There is one minor problem that you could fix though. Currently in the app there is no way to change the frames per second of your animation, AND no eraser. and I would love this app even more if there was!
