Useless because ad will not close – URL Shortener - with goo.gl and more Review

I've tried to use this, but it is literally unuseable. Three times I closed out the app and restarted it to try, which makes four times that the opening pop-up ad would not close. I never got the chance to see if the app really worked like advertised.
