Many, many thanks to the creators of this app. I am grateful that you put this together. This app is a gift you give yourself to focus on things you want to improve. You choose how much benefit you get from it; I find it is the catalyst I needed for redirecting my life in a very positive way. This app can be a powerful tool to add to your life. I did not think I would be affected by this, but his voice is soothing and what he says is logical and when I agree with what he says and repeat it as he says it, I'm finding powerful changes are happening in my day to day life. I started with the free sessions and have moved on to paying for ones as I progress. I wish you could track your progression, as in the Be Free...but keep this layout.
