Fun but buggy, slow, and very little content – RAID HQ Review

Raid HQ is a fun game, with fast paced action and some base building, which requires some planning. But it becomes repetitive and goes nowhere real fast. The pvp system is unbalanced because you can always search for new bases until an easy one comes up, so losing a defense is guaranteed. Pvp matching leads to easily exploited results; ex. one of the top players is a lowly level three because it's vastly easier to get trophies and raid other level threes, than to advance and pvp with engaged players. Dailies have been bugged for a week, supposedly will get fixed next patch, but who knows. App had this problem last month too. Have to spend gems to do dailies, which are totally not worth it. It would come out to $1 per raid, which lasts a few minutes and gives mostly meh rewards. Very little pay off for gems/spending money. I bought some gems to support the game and because I found it fun initially but the there is no new content beyond the initial stuff. I kept exploring but got nothing new beyond a few initial island raids. Upgrading eventually takes 12h to 2 days per upgrade and progress becomes a crawl. Rules keep changing and are otherwise untransparent or arbitrary. There was gold nerf recently, which vastly changed my upgrade options and game play. What kind of pvp payoff, in terms of number and types of cards you will get, is unclear--although there are clearly determinants, we are just not told what they are.
