Need to be able to sync across devices. – Microsoft Outlook Review

I haven't figured out if this is possible. I have an iPad and iPhone and I need to be able to sync accounts and settings between the two. Currently I have to add all accounts to each device. Otherwise a solid email app if used on just one device.
