Has anyone successfully resolved problems with GSN? – Grand Casino: Slots Games Review

Their games both failed to award and took over 10 BILLION points from me over the course of several days and games! I have 4 work orders open and haven't gotten any response. Has anyone been happy with their "customer support"?
