Protects buyers but not sellers!! – Mercari: Buying & Selling App Review

I like Mercari, because they don't take a cut out of your sales. But unfortunately their customer service is terrible and they only protect buyers and not sellers. I had a woman buy a bag from me and she requested a return. She didn't return my bag, but she sent me an ugly set of clothes in terrible condition! Mercari still refunded her money because she said she sent it!! I was scammed! It wasn't even my item! I hate thieves! If Mercari took a 5%-10% cut out of my sales I wouldn't mind if their customer service changes for the better and if they will protect BOTH buyers and sellers when it comes to these issues. I wouldn't sell on this app if I didn't need to raise money for school!
