Impossible error – AIM: Chat, Free Text, Photo Share, Voice Message Review

Says "you are sending ims too fast". Please try again in a few seconds. I haven't sent a message since February, and waiting an hour doesn't help. Have even tried deleting and reinstalling, same error.
