Plunder Pirates Failure – Plunder Pirates Review

Three days ago I spent gems and BP to purchase a girl pirate riding a buffalo and the game acknowledged the purchase but failed to have it join my pirate fort. For the past two hours I have repeatedly asked for help and the game reboots back to the app...extremely frustrating and disappointing...PLEASE HELP !!
