Great! – Lose It! – Calorie Counter Review

I have dieted off and on for over 30 years (now 45) and have lost 27 pounds in 10 weeks. This app is very easy to use since you can copy from past meals. I definitely do believe one of the biggest helps in losing weight is to keep a diary of exercising, dieting calories, and how you are feeling! This is the first time I have stayed with keeping track of Calories and I truly believe it is what has worked!
