Good concept, but.... – Dark Echo Review

2 things. 1: I played this game for an hour, and in that time not once was I tense or scared. I do not know what is chasing me, usually I would come with an imaginative monster, but I just saw it as a computer program tasked with following the last place you made noise. Not scary 2: You are given no reason to care. With no backstory, no narration, no knowledge of where you are or why you're here, why should I care? I don't even know who I'm controlling! There is one word at the start of each level. Maybe it gets better as it goes on, I dunno.
