Not happy anymore – Menstrual Calendar Review

This app used to be perfect for me, especially when trying to get pregnant. Then I got pregnant, and I documented everything in the app. Moods, symptoms, appointments, etc. I upgraded for $1.99 and not really sure what it did, but it was still good, until all of my data was erased when I had to reset my phone. I've never had an app that erased everything even if I purposely deleted the app. It still requires login info, so why is all my data gone??? Super frustrating! If anyone can suggest a solution to this issue, I would be very grateful!
