Stuck on loading – FitRPG: Gamifying Fitbit Review

Have reinstalled multiple times. I get stuck on white loading screen at start, if I get like lucky and it goes though, I'll get my characters name, then get stuck on the loading screen there... Been trying off and on for a while will keep trying for maybe another month. *** also their app support page from the AppStore is down. Fix and I'll re rate. They blame Fitbit upon contact with them, yet fithero works just fine??
