I keep getting glitches – Littlest Pet Shop Review

I've had to delete this game and start over 5 times now over the past 3 years. Customer service was helpful and replaced my gems and coins the first few times, but couldn't figure out why my game kept crashing and not recording any more progress. I'm about to delete this again and reinstall, since I have a much better phone now, but I'll be losing over 60 pets and any money or gems I have saved, so it's yet again another big sacrifice I'm making (but I have no choice - I can no longer progress in the game or collect new money or pets as it is). I'm hoping this is the last time I will have to do this.
