Upgrade for each update – iTalk Recorder Review

I purchased the upgrade during an update that would not allow you to record during the locked screen which drained my battery. When a new update rolled around it didn't show the app as purchased/upgraded and I emailed apple in regards to this. They stated that since I purchased it inapp that it won't apply for updates. That is ridiculous ... You guys need to get your app sorted.
