Won't load – Grim Tales: Threads of Destiny - A Hidden Object Mystery (Full) Review

First, i don't like that I gave to give a star to right a review. Second, I've tried to download the game twice and nothing, it won't open up. I hope I don't get charged for it. Can you please fix it so I can play. And again I wouldn't of given it any stars cause I don't know how the game is. So you shouldn't force customers to give stars when they haven't even played. Just saying.
