Latest updates a let down – Google Home Review

Been enjoying Chromecast for a while now. After latest updates on iPhone / iPad & app itself it's not even an option for Netflix or Hulu. Rebooted & reinstalled all over the place & no luck. Very disappointed that I can't find a solution to this. Also disappointed that my apps & system would convince me I need updates just to make this whole set up obsolete. Fix this, please.
