Great app but – Surgery Doctor Salon: Emergency Makeover Simulator Review

I love beauty inc but I have a question about this app I'm not trying to be mean but why are the nurses black ? I'm not trying to be racist but I just want to know why they are like that but keep up the good work and please and more colors !
