Does nothing! – Dog Whistler - The Original Review

Useless!Train yourself to be a fool! That's about it! I tried to stop my friends dog from barking for a YEAR! Every day (week days) it only made my arm tired. It is not (a tool) but the people who say it is are! It is totally useless!
