First Impressions – Prism Pay Bills, Bill Reminder Review

First impressions can be lasting impressions and when they are bad impressions it generally is not a good thing!!! I have been using Mint Bills for a couple of years. There are some issues with their app but I first can say that when a customer sends them a message with a concern Mint Bills is on top of it and emails me very quickly. I have been waiting for two days for an answer from your company:(:(:( Also with Mint Bills I only need to open their app to see everything I want including every one of my transactions from my bank account. Your system only shows me the balances and then I have to get onto my bank website to see my transactions. Why would I want to through a couple of steps when with Mint Bills I go through one? There are some very nice aspects with this app but again, for a new customer if I can't get get quick support from this app as I can from Mint Bills this app isn't worth it!!!!!
