Good workout, but videos don't download w/ premium – Runtastic Butt Trainer Review

Love the workouts, but after I paid for the premium membership, the videos won't download on my iPhone 6, only my iPad. Contacted Runtastic support help, but didn't receive a response. Does anyone know how to fix this?
