TV Provider – Disney XD – Watch Full Episodes, Movies & Live TV Review

Downloaded the app. Signed in with my cable provider, watched two episodes of Star Wars Rebels. Closed the app, reopened it. Says I need to sign in to my cable provider again however they're no longer listed as an option to sign in with? How does this happen?
