Inappropriate Ads being displayed to kids! – Mommy's Newborn Pet Spa Doctor - my new born salon care & baby kitty cat games for kids 2 Review

My daughter was playing the free version of this which has a barrage of ads constantly being displayed. I just happened to be watching when one ad was displayed - an entire 30 second unskippable video - for an app featuring crime scenes including a dead man in a bathtub with nothing on but a tie around his neck. What the actual f#%*?
