It'll work if you can precisely mark where the skin mark is. It's gonna take you several tries but eventually it'll disappear and match your natural skin tone, well for me it did since I'm quite tan. You can't save the image without paying for the upgraded version but you can screenshot the finally product (only way around the app). A message will pop up saying "screen shot detected" and it'll alter your image with the app's watermark cover.
