Same problem as others plus – Off The Record: The Art of Deception HD - A Hidden Object Mystery Review

Having the Sam issue as reported by others with the Owl/Map. Tried all the recommended fixes ind then attempted delete and reload. Now receiving message I can't reload because there is no record of my purchase. Odd as I've been billed for it.
