Not only am I stuck at the owl but I wasn't able to see any of these reviews until after I paid...hmmm...tricksy!

Very disappointed there is no way to get to the town using the owl. Or anything else. Sorry to see others are having the same problem. Best do a fix or I'm done with Big Fish Games. I did want to update and say I enjoyed the game up until the owl puzzle. I also enjoyed not having grotesque characters.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE BOUGHT A GAME WITH BIG FISH ON MY IPAD AND THIS ONE WORKED TILL I GOT TO THE DIRECTIONS AND NOW I CANNOT SELECT ANYTHING TO MOVE ON! I SERIOUSLY WANT MY MONEY BACK I BOUGHT A PREVIOUS GAME WITH BIG FISH THAT WONT GO TO THE MAIN MENU SO I CAN PLAY THE GAME AT ALL ( I LEFT A REVIEW THERE) I WAS VERY FAITHFUL CUSTOMER I PLAYED ALL OF THE AWAKENING GAMES AND OTHERWORLD AND A FEW OTHERS BUT THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I AM CURRENTLY LOOKING TO CONTACT SOMEONE TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND DONT BELIEVE I WILL BE PURCHASING WITH YOU AGAIN WHICH IS SAD CAUSE I LOVED YOUR GAMES BUT OVER $10 for 2 games and I can't play them is a RIP OFF!

I like the game till I got to the owl map where you can not select anything and can't go any further. I will be more careful with my purchases from this company from now on.

I love the art and the wonderful story with this game, but if you do get it, it's not fully worth it... After you purchase the game, blah blah blah, you see how the lady at the counter in the cottage says "She doesn't suspect a thing! (Etc etc)" blah blah, you get to the Owl. You enter the mini game, tap the old tower, and nothing! If you use the hint it still points to the Old Tower! Whenever my mom downloads a game it goes to my IPad, my mom spent her money on this crap! On Mother's Day! I reinstalled, restarted, reinstalled and made a profile with a completely different name, etc etc, and it still doesn't work! Money wasted! Don't get this game if you read this review! The people who gave it 5 stars must be working for Big Fish. There is a problem with the owl puzzle when you try to select the tower. Why are you ignoring your customers? I am sure you are intelligent enough in your tech division to figure out how to give us an update so we can continue on in the game. Ignoring your customers isn't the right thing to do!

I too had problems with owl game. Then I deleted and reinstalled. Seemed to fix the problem. I had bigger Issues with figuring out how to use some items since there seemed to be no logical association to their actual placement. The characters often did stupid things for no good reason. The game often slowed way down when switching scenes. All in all, definitely not the best I've played and don't recommend buying.

Paid good money and can't finish game. Owl map hang up. Tried reinstalling which did not make any difference. Those of us who are having this problem should be able to get a refund or they should fix this problem.
