Frustrated – Smart Emoticons Keyboard - New Emojis, Extra Emojis & 3D Emojis by Emoji World Review

I just purchased your app and downloaded on my iPad. I was told by Verizon that you worked with the Messenger+ app. I cannot get it to work even though I downloaded on the "New Keyboard" section of the iPad in settings. You are not accessible through app support. Please respond.
