App not working – Ellen Review

I've tried several times to delete and reload the app, but it won't delete. I press on it to open the app and it is a much lighter color and it says "waiting" but nothing happens. I have an iPhone 6 and all my updates are up to date. There is a glitch in the Ellen app. It is the only one on my phone that is stuck like this. It has been for many months. Can you please check into it? I love Ellen. I miss her app very much! Thank you!
