Keeps crashing – Words a Word Finder for Games Review

I think that the app is brilliantly simple and useful. However, it occasionally crashes on my iPhone 6s and the keyboard disappears or the whole thing locks up and is unresponsive to touch. I then have to delete the app and re-install. I think I paid 99cents? Can this issue be trouble-shooted?
