Not like the others – Civil War: Bloody April Review

I have had this game for a week. I really enjoy all the other hexwar civil war series. I must say however that this has been a disappointment. I wish there had been other reviews when I bought it because, in full agreement with the previous reviewers, this game is slow. Extremely slow. And to date, I have been unable to move any of my units within the first two turns. My experience so far has been very disappointing and this is the first time hexwar has let me down. I have been playing on my iPhone. Perhaps it will work better on the iPad as the campaign boards are very large. All in all, frustrating so far.
