Pic effects – Pic Effects Editor - Pictures/Photos Funny Creator for Path,SnapChat,Tumblr,Kik,Vine&Tango Free Review

This used to be my favorite editing app. Funny,neat,loads of different awesome things you can do with your pictures. The last 2 months it will rarely open & if it does open it won't even let me edit 1 picture before it just disappears & the screen goes black. I wish it still worked.. It was great!
