Love the tracking but it's got some bugs – Yesware - Email Tracking for Sales Productivity Review

I love the tracking from this app, however there seems to be several bugs. sometimes I get a pop up that somebody has opened an email but if I look at the tracking bar on my Gmail there's no activity. I can appreciate that they are getting rid of their trial so that they can start making money from the service, but I think their rates are high for as many bugs as they have presently.
